Doesn't even work

I received this as a Christmas gift and it's not even working now. I guess there's some short in the wiring

Poor Quality Bowl

Received as a gift at Christmas and would not work so took back and got a replacement and after using only 5 times the bowl has a crack down one side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Junk. Broke the cheap plastic container the first time it was dropped. Don't waste your money on this because there are no replacement parts.

Not worth the Oster name

This appliance does not do anything well. It will not chop anything unless saturated with liquid and even then ineffectively. It is cheaply made and makes enough noise to wake up the neighborhood. A total waste of money. It also let me down as I had owned Oster appliances before and they were excellent.

Oster 3 Cup Mini Chopper Review

Totally a sweet little machine. I've made salsa and mostly smoothies for breakfast, and this space saving mini chopper handles the tasks quickly and efficiently. One thing I have a problem with is that the cup cover is kind of tough to unlock and feels like it should release a bit smoother. Otherwise' a nice little chopper at an affordable price.

This product looks nice. The first thing that I noticed is that this product has a short cord. The product does not chop into a chunky style. Guacamole and salsa turned out too thin in this chopper; there was not enough chunkiness consistency to either dish. The machine whips cream like nobody's business! The Oster name means good quality to me. This chopper seems sturdy and did not seem like it was going to break. Anything with a small amount of liquid seems to creep over the inside rim and leak. It cleans up well; very easy cleanup. I received this product to review and I give this a mid grade rating.

Compact, easy to use, easy to clean chopper

I received my Oster 3 cup chopper and made some awesome salsa. I also chopped up lots of herbs for a marinade, whipped up egg whites for a light and fluffy omelet. The chopper is easy to operate, easy to take apart and easy to clean. For smaller jobs it is very handy to use. I really like the drizzle hole, you can easily add your oil while it's chopping herbs for a great marinade. I think for being a compact food chopper, it works fine and takes up very little storage space. The only trouble I had was getting the lid to lock on. It went on when I turned it the other way, so perhaps I was doing it wrong at first.

Good for small tasks.

I bought this a week ago and so far I am pleased with it. It works well on meat. When I first used it some of the stuff I was blending got up inside the blade turret but it didn't stop it from working! I would recommend it for small tasks or making small batches of bait or salsa.
