Charging issue solved

For those with an almost immediate charging issue: Click the off button before charging. If the battery runs down entirely it does not automatically switch off — and it needs to be switched off to charge.

DOES NOT RECHARGE MODEL RTGX

GOT THIS LAST JANUARY 2020 AND START USING IT ON FEBRUARY 2020 IT WORKS FOR ABOUT ONE MONTH & A HALF, THEN LIGHT INDICATOR STARTS FLICKERING AND TURNED OFF AFTER AWHILE. CHECK IT AND FOUND OUT THAT IT DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE, I OPEN THE BOTTOM COVER & PULL OUT THE BATTERY MEASURE THE BATTERY VOLTAGE REVEALS ONLY 0.68VOLT AND IT WAS ONLY 430MAH, AT THIS POINT I ASSUMED THAT IT MEANS CHARGING STOPS. I REPLACED THE BATTERY WITH A 4000MAH NiMH SAME SIZE AAA WHICH I FULLY CHARGED IT BEFORE INSTALLING IT, IT WORKS FOR AWHILE AFTER WHICH SAME THING HAPPEN LIKE THE ORIGINAL BATTERY. TO SUM IT UP I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOOTHBRUSH CONAIR INTERPLAK MODEL RTGX.

Charging issue

Got this toothbrush via Summacare. Charging light will not go off & toothbrush has minimal power. I have a 10-11yr old Oral B that still works extremely well. Interplak should be ashamed of selling these to Medicare. This is going straight into the trash. Thanks Interplak for wasting my Medicare OTC money.

Got this product through my medicare extra benefit program toothbrush lights stayed on never got the green light never charged charger doesn't even fit tightly on the toothbrush at all I threw the garbage never used it wouldn't waste my time trying to get a replacement these people should be ashamed of themselves selling a product promoting a product like this never again

On Button Wont' Stay On

Disappointed that when you press the ON button it doesn't stay on. You have to keep the ON button depressed. Plus the ON button is hard to keep pressed. Very poor design.
