I am generally happy with the machine. It washes well. The cycle choices are adequate. The dryer works very well. The only thing I am not thrilled about is the agitation in the washer. It strictly rotates from side to side. However, The clothes seem to come out clean.
Some of the stencils on the control panel had not been done properly. This was apparent when the machine was delivered. However the flaw is minor and I did not desire to refuse the machine. I am surprised however that this was not caught by GE's quality control.

Stackable washer/dryer

I brought this product three months ago and I am not pleased with this product. The basket is constantly unbalanced and the service people tell me that I have to go in and adjust the clothing at every load. That is ridiculous and now it is leaking oil into the basket
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Small space workhorse

I bought this several months ago and am very pleased thus far with its performance. I like that it fits perfectly in the very small space that I have available, yet handles fairly decent sized loads.

attention to detail needed

We have purchased over 30 of these in the last 12 months and have several that experienced issues with the dryer leaving black grease streaks in clothing. The cause is due to too much grease being used in the assembly process. Other than that these are good units for where there is lack of space for side by side units.

The washing machine is so noisy I try toleave the house when it is
running. I have ha a serviceman out here who said that is jus the way

it is a lot bigger than I thought it would be-Dous a good job--The automatic water level setting is really nice-we use it every wash load & worksperfect--no problems of any kind so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!
