The first machine was defective, and Lowe's had to order an up grade that was just installed. Ask me again in 30 days and I will let you know. Lowe's was most helpful to resolve the problem.

So far (3months) the appliance has performed as required . I very much like the feature where the washer automatically determines and fills up the proper water level based on the amount of cloths put in to be washed.
