flaw in the dryer

This is my third over/under. Washer cleans well, but the dryer at times leaves random short black oil streaks on the clothes. People's reviews report this and repair persons are aware of this and actually know the area in the dryer where at times it catches the clothes and leaves the oil streaks. My question, why would GE continue to sell this product knowing of this problem?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stacking washer/Dryer

We got this to replace our old unit and it is great. My only complaint is that there is no buzzer when the dryer is finished and I often end up with wrinkled clothes because they have been sitting there. I would certainly not get another if it didn't have some kind of sound alert.

Nice product but the washer makes a loud scrubbing noise when running. Clothes come out very clean but disappointed by the noisiness.

The washing machine went off balance on the first load that was run. The problem progressed over a two week period until it wouldn't spin any clothes at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice over and under washer and dryer

I purchased this unit to replace an old over and under. The GE has a nice, large washer tub as well as good features. The dryer gets the clothes fluffed and dried.
