This is the same price as the next smaller unit, so why not get more cubic feet for the buck.

My wife and I bought this while redesigning our laundry/mud room. It came at a time when our previous washer crapped out on us and we decided to re-do the whole room. The old were tall and the above cabinets made it difficult for my wife to reach things. This makes a one sided laundry space with a large floor to ceiling cabinet making the space easy to work in. The washer offers great control over your load with load size, combinations of temperature, as well as the standard regular and gentle cycles. The dryer works just as well!

Dryer Start Botton Failed!

The first thing tested after installation was the dryer function. After rotating the knob to a drying function and push Start button, the dryer started but as soon as you let go the Start button, the dryer will stop. Tested several times all resulted the same. Where's the quality control??!?

I read all the reviews before purchasing this unit and I didn't think some of the negative reviews were a big deal. None of them mentioned anything about leaking. The unit I have now, is a replacement as the first one continued to leak and after 3 service men looked at it, I asked for a replacement as the floor in my laundry area was being affected. Now this one leaks too! When I sell the house, this will stay.. not worth taking it with me.

Exceeds Expectation!

I have very limited space and needed the 24 in. model. I have had it for six weeks and this product has exceeded my expectations. The washer capacity is excellent and like others, I appreciate the auto-load feature. The W/D is located next to the bedroom; both washer and dryer are very quiet once you adjust to the "new" sound of the washer. Perfect for a two person household!
