Cordless! Wow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The convenience of cordless is a very prominent feature of this kettle. It is perfect for teas and gets the water heated in a very short time, as opposed to using a normal pot to boil water. It is very easy to know how much water is inside via the measure on the side of the kettle and is designed in such a manner to help with smooth pouring.

Very Impressive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box, this kettle is made to impress. It's bigger than the one I owned a few years ago and works much faster too. When I removed it from the box and took off the protective bag I could feel how substantial it is and I couldn't wait to try it out. WOW! I fill it with cold water to the MAX line and walked away. I booted up my computer and a few minutes later (it's an older computer) when the security scan began I heard a click. Going to investigate, I found a pot of very hot, boiling water. Okay, this is good, so I poured out the water, as per the instructions and repeated the process, but this time I didn't walk away and was pleasantly surprise just how fast this kettle worked. One more pot of boiling water went down the drain and I repeated the same process, but I couldn't wait to make my first cup of coffee of the day. Then I sat down and went shopping. I'm really going to enjoy this Hamilton Beach Cordless Water Kettle. The only problem is with the very short cord to the base, I only found one outlet where it could be plugged in without using an extension and that is in the laundry room, but with the many plusses of having such a fast working kettle for hot, boiling water in just a few minutes is worth the extra steps. Thank you Hamilton Beach for giving me the opportunity to try out this kettle. I will enjoy using it every day for as long as it lasts.

Beautiful Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my elderly kettle and so chose this one. It looks great on my counter. It heats so quickly and the window on the side to see the water level is great. My previous kettle I had to pick it up to check it. It fits securely on the heating base. I am loving this kettle. Also I live in hard water area so cleaning has been simplified with the non-metal kettle.

The Perfect Water Kettle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my kettle and the minute I took it out of the box I knew I was going to love it. After cleaning it per manufactures instructions, I turned it on and it began to boil water in only 8 minutes after I turned it on. It was perfect for my tea and hot soup. It actual stayed hot for 20 minutes. The handle on the kettle stayed cool while the pot itself was hot to the touch.

Water is extremely hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kettle works great. The water gets extremely hot, around 205 degrees. I actually need to let it cool down a little before using or drinking it. It takes around 2 1/2 to 3 minutes to completely heat up. If you do not make sure the lid is closed completely the kettle will just keep rapidly boiling so that could be an issue with someone that doesn't pay attention. The microwave is faster but this produces a better quality without worry of any side effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cordless kettle is very light but not top heavy. It is super fast boiling water and I can use either hand to fill it and still see the measurements going up both sides of the kettle.
The lid is hinged on the top, making it all one piece. The heating coil is uncovered in the bottom of the kettle. I haven’t decided if I like this or not. Probably the reason it heats so fast.

great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product for a week and use it 4-6 times daily. It appears to be very well made and works great. It takes between 3-4 minutes to heat a full container of water until it turns of automatically. It retains the heat for about 45 minutes before reheating is required. It is easy to use and is a great addition to my kitchen.
