I am happy with the most important aspect of this product - a smoothe dry without excessive heat that causes hair to be brittle. The twist feature is not easy to use; I would have preferred a button to collapse it.

This is a very powerful blower. I tend to use the middle setting because the high setting blows my hair in every direction. I can’t figure out how it folds, although I don’t have that need.
