I purchased this MP3 player and it broke within 6 months of average use at best. I then bought a second one and it did not even last that long.
I went back to Sony.

once I got it hooked up and the driver DL'd for use on my pc it wasn't so bad it just took a little more for me to do and the little direction booklet was much help =( so I went on the website and it was all there which was great!

This player has Very Superlative sound quality. It was difficult for Me to use at First because I had no experience with touch screen gadgets. It's touch-screen is, Unfortunately, Way Too Sensitive. After You get the hang of the player, it's smooth sailing. A Plus is that is has an External Speaker that Activates when there are no head-phones in use. Another Plus is that the Video of this Player is Stunningly Brilliant. This is not a Very Mobile Player, in My opinion,..., but it Really Rocks when You're sitting at Your desk and want to enjoy Your media files. A Good Solid Device to Enjoy Your Files on when You're Away from Your pc.
Pros: great sound quality, brilliant video quality
Cons: clunky not very mobile-apt, no blue-tooth
