its not really bad, but it freezes a lot and sometimes forces close on apps .
Pros: Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality

I personally like this phone
and right off the bat i can say this aint for every one
the only downside to the phone is that it freezes often and its something that cud be fixed in an update but until it comes i give it a 4 out of 5

Pros: Bright display, Durable, keyboard, features, media app, fast
Cons: freeses too often, no flash
I would recommend this to a friend!

Probably the worst cell phone I've ever owned. My contacts magically disappear, the phone randomly turns off, freezes when the photo gallery is opened, freezes when the internet browser is opened.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was looking for a smartphone with features and good price & got it with this unit. Features the Android OS (Frojo), tons of apps and full QWERTY keyboard. It also looks robust and it can stand some mishandling. However after continious use for more than 20 minutes, it gets really hot. It also kicks me out of the app I was using at the time and even the display goes black or even powers itself off. A bit dissappointed in that regard. Also the battery drains a little faster that it should. Defective battery? Although it has plenty of features that I appreciate and use, it has its issues that needs to be look at. But overall I can recommend it.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, full qwerty kb, can use 32 gb micro sd
Cons: freezes, gets hot!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wouldn't recommend this phone to my worst enemy. To many buggy issues. It is cheap though, and the keyboard is a nice feature. That's about it.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations, to many issues

Great Idea, Bad Execution

I've always been a Sidekick fan, I've had every single Sidekick (give or take one or two since there are so many). Samsung's take on the Sidekick was refreshing, modern, and creative; however, the execution put into the phone was lackluster.
I was hoping for better performance, Froyo is very laggy and has major problems. However, it is a Sidekick, it has that renowned QWERTY keyboard, and still has that cool "kick" feeling. But the performance detracts significant value on the phone as well as the service. The battery is also insufficient, a major disappointment.
4G doesn't seem so 4G on the Sidekick, however, I have a Galaxy Tab 10.1 so I do most of my web surfing there anyway. The actual phone is a rock, though. Sidekicks are known to take punishment, and this is no exception. Takes a beating, and I appreciate the fact that it can handle great deals of punishment.
Pros: Durable, qwerty keyboard
Cons: Did not meet expectations, laggy performance, battery

Becomes useless within a few months

It stopped working, the screen doesn't function, the phone malfunctions, the battery doesn't charge, the phone is slow, it has such little memory
