Good design and features...but bad operating system. Shuts down...bad battery life and freezing ...have to take battery out. Replaced once second is getting worse.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, shutting off, freezing

great phone

i love my side kick but it has a freezing issue with certain apps. i just hate that it freezes and i have to take my battery out and my touch screen stops working. besides that my phone works excellent.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: freezes
I would recommend this to a friend!

This work with the latest version of Samsung Kies so I can't sync without using Windows Media Player, but that messed up file names of my Zune collection
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display

It is the best sidekick so far but its a bad example of android phone. Slow processor and don't expect updates to 4.0

I had the mytouch q and the features were better on it.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, doesn't take long to turn on
Cons: Not high def, can't use some of the apps i wanted from android

i like the phone and the qwerty keyboard but the android 2.2 froyo is a bad os for the phone
