Touch Screen issues

I am a big fan of Sidekicks. Also a big fan of Samsung cell phones. Somehow the touchscreen on this phone just gave up 2 weeks into using it. I hope to have better luck with getting the issue fixed.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality

I've been a Sidekick fan since the Sidekick 2 (after which, the following versions were made in manageable sizes), which is why I got this phone. I loved using it at first, with the exception of the keyboard.
It was bad enough that Sharp made the Sidekick LX 2009 with a slower keyboard than the Sidekick Slide's (which never missed a keystroke), then Samsung gave the 4G an even slower keyboard. This wasn't that big an issue at first, but most of the issues with this phone surfaced over the first half a year--certain apps (the stock browser, and some large apps) force closing often, the lock screen glitching and not unlocking properly, the jump screen popping up for no reason upon unlocking etc.
Fixed 1 issue (the browser force closing) by downloading a different one, but the other issues still get in the way.
Another issue I've noticed recently is that the RAM seems to be more full than usual. I deleted virtually every app that didn't come with the phone, and the RAM is still really full. The RAM capacity is 334 MB, but just under 280 MB is used on a regular basis, even when things I'd think would take up a lot (Weather.com mobile app, FB Mobile app, avast! mobile app) are turned off (same level as when they're running).
I've been content over the past year with the few features it has(no camera flash though) and the performance (despite the physical keyboard slowing down my texting drastically), but it's just not enough for me to call it a desirable phone.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, slower keyboard response than sk lx 2009, too much ram used by built-in apps

This is one of the worst phones I have ever had. It constantly freezes, turns sideways with that feature turned off. Takes forever to load a page. Its even worse than the Moment.

I guess you cant win them all; The SideKick 4G is a great phone but it does have it's flaws. They force close Sometimes when trying to view photos...
