Phone Is great...I don't have any problems so far.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: sometimes t speaker can be too low

Overall its a great phone. yes it does have its glitches here and there, but good phone. Wish they would provide a software update to Gingerbread, just to make the phone alot more stable than what it is.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I love the sidekick itself and I was so excited that Samsung took a stab at bringing an iconic T-Mobile device back to life as an android. I dont have any major dislikes about it besides the fact that it frequently freezes on me to where I have to take the battery out, maybe 2-3 times a day. When its working, it is phenominal, but when it freezes, it is out of commision for 3-5 minutes every time, which would be critical in case of an emergency.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, full keyboard, great camera features, awesome sound quality
Cons: constantly freezes, not yet upgradable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really Cool Features

I just got my phone about a week ago. The book of instructions is very small..maybe because no one ever reads them in their entirety, but I am a bit confused on ONE thing...how do I make a new contact from a message I recieve from a phone #? There is nothing in the book and I have tried and tried. I can make a new contact by writing down and them putting it in,,a hassle, or I can add it to an existing contact.
Other than that it is so fast and accurate it is amazing. My last phone, the Behold 2, was so bad I swore I would never purchase another Samsung phone, but I am loving this! I like speed and this is blazing fast and accurate at the same time. The voice recognition is spot on, it doesn't speak some random hilariously funny thing back to me and that is cool when I am trying to drive!
All in all, so long as it doesn't dies 3 months before my upgrade which is what the Behold 2 did by stop recognizing the charger or any charger, I am in LOVE!

This version of the Sidekick is so much better than the older ones, I love it and am so glad I bought it.

I like this phone. The design is durable, the touchscreen is responsive, and the hardware keyboard is fantastic. My only gripe is the software built into the OS. DriveSmart is... well, it should be optional. I love the themes for the home/loader, though. Overall you get your money's worth.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: pre-installed apps, battery life

ive gone through two of these phones all ready working on replacing the third one as well. keeps crashing rebooting at random times always popping up saying something has to be forced closed.
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Too big, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the phone. The display doesn't always work properly and then I have to restart my phone. It's annoying.
