The product itself is capable but it needs a larger ram and rom. otherwise everthing is perfect even the battery life is really good.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: laggy

Very Good Brand Name, Not so Good Phone

Being a huge fan of the SIdekick Phone for many years, I decided to purchase this new version. Unfortunately, I cannot say that this has been the best one, since it freezes many times. The brand name Samsung is great, but the phone unfortunately is not able to match the previous Sidekick phones.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Phone... But needs to have some Changes

I just recently got this phone last week and i absolutely love the phone but some things do bother me. First off this phone is not fully an android phone it does not support most of the things an android phone would. Second this phone freezes way too much and glitches way to much. If Samsung fixes these problems in the next update for this phone then this phone will be perfect. Also they should really think about adding a flash to the camera.

Great Potential doesn't make it a Great Phone

This phone has excellent potential to be a competitive phone on the android market. It is not extremely bulky. It has a decent screen size. A user friendly qwerty board. A relatively fast processore. Good Memory capicity. The biggest draw back is its outdated android os, froyo 2.2.1 and it problem prone touchwiz os. If these two areas could be updated this would be high on any top 10 list.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, big qwerty board
Cons: freezes of reboots often

Awesome Phone!!

I just got this phone yesterday and i love it. The keyboard is amazing and the service is great.Its a very responsive phone also. All it needs is better battery life.
