Horrible phone

I have many Samsung products and have had many Samsung phones. This phone is horrible. I can't go a day without my phone crashing 5 or 6 times. I can't believe Samsung would put their name on a product like this. I had the Samsung Galaxy s and switched to the Sidekick because of the Keyboard. I have big fingers and the Full keyboard would make it easier for me to type. I love the layout of the keyboard...to bad i can never send out a message without my phone going all crazy and restarting on me. The phone goes in and out of apps at a snail pace and don't even try and make a phone call. you will be waiting forever for the dial screen to come up. We have had one software upgrade and that only made the phone work even more poorly than before. I am very disappointed with this phone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coolest Phone EVER!

Ive had this phone for 4 days and it is awesome!
its got so many features because of the great android operating system.
the performance is pretty decent but the battery isnt too great unless you change the power settings.
design wise it is great and intuitive but some of the side buttons are in bad locations to where your bumping them constantly, like the volume up and down buttons.
Value wise its a decent value on a contract with unlimited everything, but im stepping up to this phone from metro so the price is a bit of a shocker, so thats the only reason why its not the greatest value for the money.
overall....IF YOUR CONTEMPLATING GETTING THIS PHONE, JUST GET IT! you wont regret it! i know i didnt.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Too big, it could use a little diet but its not too big.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I simply love the phone....great ui design and alot of new features....my only disapointment with the phone is no flash for camera pics...but besides that i love the phone....5stars!

Phone freezes and blacks out!

I have had this phone for three weeks and though I love the features I have had to power it down or master reset it every day due to it freezing up or blacking completely out! I really wish I could keep this phone because I love the design but I'm not going to pay for something that doesn't work. Plus the battery life is awful! It loses power even if you aren't using it!

Wow where to start, I've had this phone for only a day, I can tell you this, its the dream phone of social media lovers, and texters alike! Hello 4G! The unit looks big at first, but you will be surprised by how light it actually is. The phone itself cries to be payed attention by the palette of colors samsung chose, trust me this is a good thing, this phone stands out! The back camera is my only con here its a 3 megapixel cam, theres also front facing cam also included, anyways henceforth reason of 4 stars under Performance. The material is plastic but it feels sturdy in your hands, and it even fits in your pocket! Keyboard is the best yet! Brushed aluminium and rubberized keypad makes this a winner. 1ghz of hummingbird processor makes this phone no slouch, its fast! The dangerdroid UI is amazing! makes this phone so stylish, unique, and just plain bold. I really recommend this phone you will love it! One last thing if you are seen with this phone, prepare to stared at, and be envied.

This phone is very much like the original sidekick. IT feels great in the hands. With such customizations I worry about future updates of android os like 2.3 being implemented....Also some occasional lag but not too bad...Better screen needed for sensitivity I find myself pressing several times also maybe 4in screen on next sidekick? And samsung has such a nice camera interface I know from my epic 4g ! Why not on this device?..its 2011!!!! who makes a cell phone with NO flash! ....But other than that I am so far happy with device hope software updates are not "delayed".....I honestly feel its delayed on purpose I mean its not hard if hackers and rooters do it withinin hours.....but....I digress....I bought this phone for comfort cause its great to type on....BUT...I settled features for worse camera from my epic...and screen size and quality....hopefully this improves so I can be more secure in my purchase...customers dont like to "choose" feature over quality you almost NEVER win!
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, comfort keyboard natural
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, no flash
