Good Brush But Broken Plastic Bristles Is Bad

I have loved & purchased these Conair Styling Brushes for years. My only complaint is that the plastic bristles on the Infinity Pro brush always end up breaking off after about 5 years of use. The styling brush works just fine but I always have to throw away a perfectly good brush that no longer has the plastic bristles and you cannot purchase replacement bristles for the unit. I wish I could get replacement bristles! Conair could do better!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great product, especially for those of us who have limp, fine hair. Taking small sections of hair at a time allows you to comb in body to help you style your hair. The stiff bristles make styling easy for my bob length hair. So affordable, too.

I tried to email your website, however, it came back to me undeliverable. This product is not as advertised and I would like to return it but don't know how. I need soft nylon bristles as in the Conairpro Ceramic Tools Porcelain Series l 1/4" that has been discontinued. This item does not have the same kind of bristles. I would appreciate a response advising me how to return this item and possibly get something I can use.

I have been using this style hot brush for years and I love it. You can’t find it in stores, it’s all big styling tools for long hair. Mine was on its last legs. I miss the 1/2 inch brush. It would be nice if you included a couple replacement bristles, they are easy to change, they do start breaking, especially if you’ve had the brush for years.

Bad button placement

The product works as expected however the on off buttons are in a bad place. When I’m using to curl my long hair, my thumb ALWAYS ends up clicking the button off. After it being turned off several times during one curling session, I no longer use this particular iron. It’s been packed away in a drawer.

This is my absolute favorite curling brush!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been using this model for years and even though I've tried other curling brushes, none compare to this one for me. PLEASE don't ever stop making this model !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
