I personally didn't care for the flavor of this product. But I have friends who like chai tea and loved it! So if you are a chai tea drinker you might enjoy it.

Good, not overly spicey or sweet

As a non-coffee drinker, this is one of my favorite drinks the Tassimo makes. It's not a super spicy Chai tea nor overly sweet, but I enjoy the flavor. I actually run the tea disc twice to get more ounces in my cup, so I am regularly diluting the flavor and it's still strong enough to be a very pleasant drink. It is better at it's full strength however.
I would recommend this to a friend!

PLEASE TASSIMO...separate teas/coffees/milks

This is great, but I wish they would separate the milk pods and sell them completely separate since I can't have caffeine and the chai or the decaf lattes/capps don't have a fat free option. PLEASE make this in fat free or sell milk pods separate!!
Overall great taste but I can't have them too much since I am trying to cut calories and fat.

Ditch the artificial sweetners

We have been using the Tassimo machine about 3-4 years. We have ordered quite a bit from you as well as in stores, We were very disappointed in the Chai as well as the ice tea. I am very allergic to all artificial sugars. I would love to buy more of your products, only if you do away with the artificial sugars. The majority of your products are fantastic and these few really ruin it for us. PLEASE consider doing away with them. There are other alternatives, like Aguave, honey or even just regular sugars. Looking forward to the changes??????

Chai Latte disappointment

I was looking forward to trying the Chai Latte but was so disappointed with the artificial sweetener taste. I did not pay attention to the ingredient list when I bought the package. I get headaches with artificial sweetener, sucralose. I think beverages should be sweetened with by the drinker and with what they choose.

I love chai tea. I love chai lattes even more, however I'm not a fan of the concentrated milk. So this drink becomes expensive when I don't use the milk disc and merely add my own milk already heated in the microwave. I wish they would consider selling the chai discs separate from the milk. I've made my husband start drinking lattes, I buy the espresso pack and then use the milk from my chai latte packaging.

Maybe it's because I'm used to Soy Milk

For the most part I found this ok. To me the flavor of the chai was overpowered by the creamer. Like the title says maybe it's because I'm used to Soy Milk in my Chai tea; plan on adding the Chai with heated soy milk next time. But it did smell wonderful and just like Chai Tea. Plus my husband and I both have to run the pod for the Chai twice to get the strength to our likeness but those are our preferences. In all it was average and would possibly buy again if the tweeks mentioned helped.

Since the first time I used the Tassimo Hot Beverage maker about a year ago, I've honestly been able to say this is simply the best coffee and tea I've ever tasted at home!!!
