We love Chai tea( hot or cold) and it does taste like Chai tea but it seems to me, something is missing. Now, we all have our opinions of course and I have had all kinds and this one just is not my favorite. I like the taste from the actual Twinings tea bag and my add in's (half and half, honey and a bit of sugar) more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I absolutely love this tea...it's cool weather comfort! PLUS it makes great ICED chai tea - minus the latte...great for hot weather! I've suggested before that the chai tea be offered solo, but no one has listened.

I don't like Artificial flavoring

I prefer pure sugar when I want sweetness so I avoid artificial sweeteners. This was offered to me when I was a guest at someone's house so I had not read the label. I accepted because I love Chai Tea but the artificial flavoring just destroys this tea. I would love to see a Tazo Chai Tea with real milk and sugar for the Tassimo.

You know you have good tea when you don't need to add anything to it. Chai tea is one of the few teas I like. I'm usually a heavy-on-cream-and-sugar-coffee kind of girl. It's nice to have an alternative to picking it up at a shop.

Contains sucralose (Splenda).....Fine for diabetics, not me.

I was disappointment at the first sip. I could taste the sweetener. It should say sugar free on the front of the packaging. They should offer regular and sugar free options, not just sugar free for the fancier drinks. Some of them use sugar, but you have to read the ingredients list. I don't like the taste of artificial sweeteners and it bothers me that many, like Mocha, Pumpkin spice latte...contain sucralose with no regular option.

Individual Chai?

The chai tea should be offered alone without having to purchase the dairy milk. I only drink nut milk or soy milk, so it's a waste of money to purchase this way. There used to be so many options. What happened? I have several of these machines and they are becoming useless.
