leave out the artificial sweetner

I tried a number of things to lessen the taste of the artificial sweetener but it is just too overpowering. I hate wasting the rest of the box but it's destined for the trash. The artificial sweetener ruins this drink.

This does not taste like any Chai I have ever had before. It has an artificial taste to it that I cannot pinpoint. I do not recommend. I even tried to make the tea alone and it was even worse. Stick to buying Oregon Chai in the carton and mixing with milk.

Needs real sugar

This drink would've been PERFECT.... But why oh why did you have to ruin it with artificial sweetener?! Not only does it taste "off", but it makes me feel off (artificial sweeteners have that effect on me). If you want a 5 star rating and future business from this customer, then make the tea disk EXACTLY the same, except use the real stuff. Yes, it makes that big of a difference. Until this happens, I will not be purchasing this product again.

Too sweet, and uses sucralose

I was excited to try this chai tea latte, but was disappointed. The mix is too sweet and I really dislike artificial sweeteners. I wish they would leave it to me to sweeten the drink and just leave any sweeteners out of the mix.

Though I've had lots of success with the other Tassimo products, this one is disappointing (in my opinion). The sweetener, which tastes artificial, is overpowering, and I can barely taste the chai tea!

This is not a good flavored drink

The sweetner in this destroys the drink! The flavor is hard to rate because the sweetner totally masks what you should be tasting, as far as the spices go. The drink looks right just needs a sweetner change.

Disapointed with the Artificial Sweetener flavor

After trying it the first time, I could taste the artificial sweetener. To determine where it was coming from I tried both the tea by itself with my own milk, and then tried brewing a tradition chai tea bag and adding the creamer. The sweetener is in the tea, not the milk. So, at least I can use the milk creamer with my own tea bag or even an espresso to make a latte, but I'm very disappointed that there is artificial sweetener in this and it's not indicated anywhere on the packaging or description here on the website. If that flavor doesn't bother you, you might like it, but overall, I think it's too "fake sweet" and not really all that Chai tea flavored.

Artificial sweetener "sucralose" ruins the flavor

Everything about this drink is excellent except the overpowering artificial sweetener. The aroma is delicious, the drink portion is very good, the latte discs are as good as always, the tea itself seems really good and brews a nice dark cup at a good temperature. Unfortunately it's all ruined by an extremely powerful artificial sweetener with a bad aftertaste. I don't like any drinks that use sucralose. At first they will taste good, but then after a short while of drinking you will start to get nauseous. I found it impossible to consume this drink without adding caramel syrup and whip cream to mask the horrible artificial sucralose taste.
