Has lots of extras I didn't expect

The performance is great.
Everything I have come to expect from HP products, but it was the extra templates that took me by suprise.
HP really do offer MORE value for money and an excellent product

This All-in-one is a super little worker, quick and easy to set up and use, economical on ink and produces excellent results. What more could anyone want !

Great little printer at a fantastic price. Works well and does (almost) everything it says on the box.
Installed it in our holiday house on our wireless network. Installation went smoothly although we needed to download special software for our Macs. The only hick-up was trying to scan documents to any of the Macs connected to the WIFI. After more than one hour chatting to HP help desk we gave up on WIFI scanning and use the USB connection for that (rare) job.

Brilliant

Works like magic. So easy to use. Can print from where ever I happen to be at the tap of an icon on my phone or ipad zaand when I return home it's waiting for me in the printers out tray!

Its a really good buy, the photo's where brilliant and the printer is easy to set up and use even on my old desk top computer I'd recommend it to anyone, wish I'd got one ages ago.

This product is the most frustrating ever. it constantly tells me i am not connected to the network, when I know that I am.When I do prints or scans I never know if it is going to work or not, in frustration I turn it off, only to turn it on several days later when it immediately runs out the prints!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have gone thro all the troubleshooting to no avail.
To make matters worse when I had had the printer 2 weeks I decided to return it back to amazon, whereupon it started working ok.
Until I had exceeded the date when I could get a refund, then it immediately started playing up yet again. it is jinxed
It is the most frustrating piece of equipment I have ever purchased. I would definitely not recommend it

Starts off a bit slow but quality is good. I had to reset my security settings as it kept disconnecting but that was the security and not the printer.
