Haven't used it a lot but found it easy to set up even for a old duffer like me. Seems easy to use and produces good results What attracted me to this printer was the fact that it appears to be good value for money and that the replacement inks are a lot cheaper than for my previous printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had the original printer for a few months. Found it very efficient, and easy to use. Good for printing, scanning, photocopying. Easlily connected via wireless. Then had a problem with the paper feed. Spoke to help desk, who gave me easy to understand instructions to try and sort it out. Didn't work, so a new printer was sent, and arrived promptly. Very impressed with both printer, and help desk.

Purchased my HP printer after problems with my previous one and I am extremely pleased with this. It works well, was easy to install and ink cartridges are reasonably priced. Excellent quality of prints. Recommended.

It is a wonderful little machine and would get 5 stars - but for the paper-feed!!
Having had my own Litho printing business, I know that it is wise to 'knock-up' a fresh supply of paper before placing it in the machine feed tray; which is done by holding the batch of paper upright - and loosely - between your hands and allowing it to drop and inch onto a hard surface. This allows the air to get between the sheets and helps to prevent them sticking together when passing from the tray to the printer.
No matter how I 'knock-up' and place it carefully in the machine, it often says 'Out of Paper' - before you start - and could repeat that during the print run.
To return after leaving it to print a job and then find that only after a few sheets were printed, and an 'Out of Paper' sign is showing, is very frustrating, when the feed tray is still virtually full of paper.
Otherwise, it behaves like a dream, with an excellent print quality. - And....It is economic - if you use the larger capacity ink cartridges.
