Great wee printer. Got it at half price so definitely a bargain. I'm not technically minded but it was very easy to set up. Not tried scanning yet but does the copying and printing that I need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

arrived next day after ordering - easy to install on 3 laptops. Works well and quickly. Only slight problem is it a little large and takes up quite a bit of space but you can't have everything! Best deal on price by far.

I Am not very good using comp&such, But this HP Desktop is realy easy to use.Not used it to its full description yet,But very glad I got it.To coppy & scan is so easy and not having to go to the trouble of going out to use someones printer is good. thank you . FERDIE.

This printer is so simple to set up and use especially for the non technically minded like me.
It can be used straight out of the box. The wi fi option is so much easier and scanning is so simple.

If you want a cheap, easy set up, good looking printer then it can not be beaten.
I can not recommend it highly enough.

VFM but not great

This is a cheap and cheerful WiFi all in one printer, however, it is quite noisy compared to the much older (non HP) all in one it replaced ... my biggest concern is the ink consumption - I have only printed about 10 colour prints and it is already telling me I need a replacement colour cartridge. I know this may be an initial "sample" cartridge, but I hope the one I buy lasts CONSIDERABLY longer or I will go back to another manufacturers products.

i would recommend the hp deskjet 3050a to people. it is good. it has just what i need with all in one printer, scanner and copier. pictures come out good.

A decent printer/scanner. Fairly quick for printing off documents or intenet pages.Wireless is fine and i even managed to send a picture from my smart phone downstairs and printed it off in my bedroom upstairs. For what i paid at my local supermaket, this was value for money.

I purchased this after reading some of the reviews, and i have to say i was pleasantly suprised, it was easy to set up, i have connected it wirelessly, and it works perfect. true, there is not a lot of ink in the starter packs, but i printed about 8 or 9 A4 photo's and loads of text sheets etc, so there is enough to start anyone off. the quality is probably lacking against a dedicated photo printer, but for the price what more could you ask for .
