Very please with printer, best thing I have bought so easy without having to use cables. So easy to set up and use.

Not quite there yet...

The printer worked right away from my iphone - not now though. I failed to get it to print from any of my computers so far - except for a sample page from the HP website. I thought then that it was set up to go, but no, the printer is always 'offline', even when I have checked it online. In my last session I tried everything I knew until I almost lost the will to live. Currently working up the will to try again. It is just sitting there glowering at me just now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i got the new printer at a very good price and it is doing everything I want it to do I cannot ask for anything more really, hope it lasts as long as my last one (6 years!)

Easy set up

Very easy to set up. I have used it on 2 networks and prints quite happily from laptops to iPad and phone. Have not tried the eprint feature yet. The only downside to this printer is if you require borderless printing then look for another model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Still not working!

My first printer was faulty so had a replacement delivered with no instructions so spent ages on teh phone to find out how to download the software as this was a more advanced machine than the one I bought. The wireless printing worked for a week excellently, brilliant printing but now not recognised on my phone or laptop so not being used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am about to take back the second hp deskjet to Argos where i purchased it as it has the same problem. I will not feed in the paper without twisting, therefore i cannot yet again do any printing. I am going to ask for either my money back or a different machine. I mean lets be honest 2 machines same problem within 5 weeks does not make me want to get your product. If it does not work it is no good to anyone.

Set up problem

Brought printer so l could print from my I pad 2
As l have a limited ability with computers
l found a problem with the set up HP tried to help but said l would require a laptop ,so l could down load some new soft ware. It took about one hour for some one with a very good ability with computers to get it to work with my iPad. It now works well and gives no problems
