superb value

Easy to set up on my pc. Worked immediately on the ipad did not do anything. Print quality is perfectly acceptable. Just what we needed at the right price. As yet I have no idea how long the ink will last. but I would definately recommend. Would like a memory card reader, but, for the price...I can email photose.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this printer as I wanted something functional for when I am working from home and I wanted a wireless printer to avoid having to plug my laptop in each time to use it.
Easy installation and set up and the print quality is very good. I was pleasantly surprised by just how good this printer is for the price.
HP just need to work out how to make ink cartridges that don't cost as much as the printer did!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good basic printer

I use this printer on an occasional basis at an alternative office so after 6 weeks am still finding my way around it and coming to terms with it.
As a basic printer it seems fine and suits my needs adequately. Initially I connected this printer to the USB 3 port on my computer and for printing operations did not encounter any problems. However when I tried to scan a document the scan failed. I contacted HP who advised that scanning functions would not work when the machine is connected via a USB 3 port and could not guarantee that printing would not be a problem.
So - do not use it with a USB 3 connection and it should print and scan as expected.

Great little printer

I just love this little printer. It is compact and being wireless means I dont have to have it set up right next to my computer. In fact it is in another room entirely and no extra wires trailing everywhere.
It was really easy to install and set up even for a complete novice like me. I managed to install it on both my home computer and laptop in about 30 minues.
The best feature for me is that my family has the ability now to email pictures direct to the printer so I can print out photo's of my grandkids so I dont miss out on the milestones of their growing up.
Its fantastic and I would recommend it to everyone.

I'm sure if the screen worked it would be great! I can print from computer but the screen on the printer is blank, so i can't do this e-print thing. Pics that do print are good though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What can I say? I'm usually blown away by HP... But other than the price, this is a distinctly average printer... Don't get me wrong, it does a good job and meets all the requirements I need it for...
I do sometimes find it wont print things I sent wirelessly and I need to plug in the USB, but I can't be certain if this is a fault with the printer or my network...
