Purchased my HP printer after problems with my previous one and I am extremely pleased with this. It works well, was easy to install and ink cartridges are reasonably priced. Excellent quality of prints. Recommended.

Excellent follow up service

I had the original printer for a few months. Found
it very efficient, and easy to use. Good for printing, scanning, photocopying. Easlily connected via wireless.Then had a problem with the paper feed. Spoke to help desk,
who gave me easy to understand instructions
to try and sort it out. Didn't work, so a new printer was sent, and arrived promptly. Very impressed with both printer, and help desk.

Good buy

Haven't used it a lot but found it easy to set up even for a old duffer like me. Seems easy to use and produces good results What attracted me to this printer was the fact that it appears to be good value for money and that the replacement inks are a lot cheaper than for my previous printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I found the printer easy to connect to my network and, very easy to use. Most of the functions are easy to use as the LCD screen tells you what to do. Just follow the set up guide and away you go. I mainly use my printer for photographs and, the quality is excellent, even up to 10x8.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For a change these days this offer was truly amazing. I have already told several friends about my printer. I am really delighted with the quality of both black and white and the colour copies. It is so simple to use. Also the product arrived with amazing speed.

Does the job nicely

I have to say, this was quite cheap when I bought it and the obvious doubts flooded my mind, but, I have to say its doing a good job! I bought it to print from my iPod but have also found my husband printing from his laptop too. It does the job nicely, print quality it perfect and the ink cartridges are no more expensive than the other brands. Because the printer was cheap I wouldn't expect it to last a lifetime but for what I paid it certainly seems worth it

This printer is light weight, fairly compact and easy to set up, just what I wanted. I am very pleased with the results from the printer, copier and scanner although it can be a loud when scanning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When I purchased this printer I really thought well at this price if it is rubbish I won't be too bothered. Gosh what a wonderful surprise it was to find out just what a good choice I had made. The printer was wonderfully packaged and was so easy to set up and install I couldn't quite believe it.
I am 59 yrs old and not very good with technology but the instructions were so clever, just follow the pictures, that I defy anyone of any age to find it difficult. I have used the printer quite a few times now and it prints perfectly and with it being wireless I can do it from my armchair. Very pleased and I highly recommend this printer.
