Found the printer very easy to set up and also being wireless gives you far greater flexibility, i thought this item was extremely good value for money.

this product is easy to install and use. It does not like all glossy paper so I have to fiddle a bit sometimes. Delivered promptly and in good condition

Simply The Best!

This printer may be on the small side, but is simply the best I have ever used. I can find nothing wrong with it. It is so easy to use - even sets up wi-fi automatically, which is a big plus for me!
I don't have to take the laptop into the room where the printer is situated to use it - so much better.
I mainly use the printer to print off receipts and letters. The print quality is very good on every document and I have not yet had to replace any ink cartridges, even though I've done a lot of printing. I will buy the XL size when I need new ones.

As a real technophobe I was concerned about buying my own printer. My husband is a real buff and I'm trying to assert my independence prior to our separation. It was with some trepidation that I started to use the printer but I was really surprised at how easy and efficient it was. Really good value for money as well. Thank you.

Not at all difficult to set up, though there was a quirk with the installation process where printing would only go 'back to front' despite what Printing Preferences was set. This is resolvable, but not how I might have expected. Printing quality is good (which is why I went for an H.P. again) and with the wi-fi connectivity the added bonus of much simpler printing from a separate lap-top. A lot more versatility with printing options and copying can be virtually any size you want. Time will tell on the ink consumption costs.

The printer does seem to do most of what it says on the box. Unfortunately, despite several attempts to set up / install, I have been unable to get the wireless operation facility to function. The instructions suggest that this should be a straightforward process but it simply doesn't work. And, when all is said and done, this was the major selling point for me. BIG DISSAPPOINTMENT HP !!! What can you do to help?
