the printer i brought from hp is brilliant its what i expect from a firm whos as well known as hp, they always deliver what is needed, ive been with hp since computers first come out, im loyal to them, i wouldnt buy another brand

Good.....but

I am not an expert IT person, more a silver surfer, but found the printer easy to install on my desktop computer. However, I have not succeeded in getting it to work on my notebook laptop.(I do have WIFI) My previous printer worked well on both. I have followed all the help pages and have failed. So this is why I can't give the product 5 stars. I am hoping that this issue can be resolved......sadly not by me!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this printer beacause, apart from being an all in one, the replacement ink is cheap.
It was easy to set up and being able to print e-mails is good.

the printer is ok for the money that u pay but the main problem is the printer cartridge is to expensive and the quality of the end product is not so good per page if you wanna buy this printer for a low budget is ok but in a long run u better buy a printer that will offer you more and will be more cost effective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
