Excellent printer

I recently bought an HP Deskjet 3050A wireless printer mainly because my old printer broke down and the new one was not a lot more than a new set of cartridges (it was not an HP). The printer was surprisingly easy to set up without wires and I can even print from my i-phone! The only small problem is that it occasionally fails to recognise the network but restarting the computer soon solves the problem. Well done HP I will buy your products again (I already have an HP laptop)

Nice little machine

This machine replaces our HP1310 which did us very well. Re the 3050A it works well but but but will not print 6 x 4 photos, unlike the 1310 which did so very well. This is a pain. Pity we did not know that before purchase. Customer Services not available via e-mail when trying to sort out problems, that is bad. HP do not get our vote on that.

pretty good with acceptable price

very reliable and good quality. The only issue is that the printer cannot reconnect to wireless hub when the hub is rebooted. However, it is easy to fix by just restart the printer.

Disappointing from HP

This replaced my HP Photosmart C5180 All-in-One which was brilliant. The photo quality of the new printer is poor and it is always telling me I've run out of paper when there's plenty. Also the ink disappears very quickly, even using the draft quality option when printing.
I managed to set up the wireless printing but the next time I used it, it had gone and I had to revert to USB cable.
On the plus side, it seems to scan and copy well!

good price, easy to set up and use, wifi means two less cables for scanner and printer, speed is not an issue for me, colour appears OK, would buy it again.

I am extremely pleased with my All-in-One Printer, it is so simple to use , very compact and good value for the price. The photo printing is excellent , and the colours are true.
I would gladly recommend it, as indeed someone did to me.

I think this is an excellent piece of equipment. Easy to use and totally wireless. Being a regular user of a Laptop in various rooms of the house I find that to be able to scan documents for emailing as well as copying documents and printing. The print quality for a Low Priced Wireless Inkjet Printer is excellent. I would recommend it to anyone that does not need to fax documents & the reproduction quality is also of an excellent quality; even for photographs
