Excellent Value printer

This printer was excellent value for money.
Very easy to set up and install on every PC / laptop in my house .
Very easy to set up and install on every PC / laptop in my house .
Everybody can now print and scan wirelessly and the print quality is very good for text and photos
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my printer, so qiet and easy to use delighted I can use it from more than 1 computer without having to keep changing the connections.
Ink seems to be doing very well as well. I haven't tried email printing yet, but looking forward to that too.

Worst printer ever

This the third printer I have ever owned and the second HP. It is the worst device I have ever bought. The wireless function is so variable in its operation as to be useless - a document of more than one page has not been successfully printed, either one page has been printed repeatedly or a page will print a few lines and then the paper will be ejected, I have wasted a great of expensive headed paper. I do not have a great deal of IT knowledge but this has not been necessary up to now to operate a printer. I will probably cut my losses and replace it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer is the best I have had so far.It does exactly what it offers & is simplicity itself to use.
I enjoy photography & I am now able to produce really good prints in a good range of sizes.I live quite a way from my family, but the scan feature enables me to scan in documents & things that I need advice on & send them straight to them without any delay.
Definitely the best.

exactly what i wanted

Already had a hp printer which is excellent, but needed a photo copier, so from experience of hp products i bought the 3050a. it worked straight from the box, wirelessly, followed the simple instructions, excellent results. delighted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good product for home use

This product performs all the functions it is designed for, well.
The print is clear and well defined, as is colour. However, for photos I would suggest a dedicated printer be used.
It is very easy to use & takes up little space on the desktop.
I recommended this printer to my daughter who purchased one, though for her purposes (Home office) she found it a little slow.

Easy to use,
Quick starter.
Lovely print-outs.
Prints and copies music clearly.
Neat and efficent.
Waiting to see how ink use compares with other similar machines.
