Excellent, fast, cheap and capable

I won't write much, but I can tell you that this is an excellent printer/scanner/copier at a very reasonable price. It was easy to set up and, despite some other reviews I have seen, the printing was almost shockingly quick and very crisp too. i am very pleased to have purchased it and have no connection at all to HP, other than as a customer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The reason i love this all in one printer is it was so easy to set up and it was light and compact.The ink that comes with it, is an added bonus. I was printing and copying things within 15 minutes, it was that easy, The copyier lets you line up the paper with indication marks and it is all hassle free. I would recommend this HP all in one printer to anyone.

For such a small and reasonably priced printer it does a great job.

Cheap but still not worth it

This printer is far below the standard I would have expected from a HP product.
Even though I got a very good offer, and paid half the normal price, I still think it was not worth the money and I would have to be hard pressed for an alternative before I would buy another HP printer.
The product will not work as advertised. The wireless capabilities are very poor, and keep dropping out altogether requiring a full system restart. This appears to be a common fault with this printer.
The print quality is also below standard. Standard text is fine, but any graphics are below standard and photos are just not good enough to use.
Even though I only bought this as a secondary printer, to be used for quick documents in the back office, I feel that I will be replacing it very soon with another brand of printer. It just does not do what it either advertised it did, or which I wanted a printer to do.
The customer service is about the worst I have ever received from any company ... ever. Very, very poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although I was originally rather sceptical about my new printers ability to be set up and used as easily as they said it would be, I can only say that it has not disapointed me in any way. By following the installation instruction carefully I soon had the printer up and running , the scan and fax facility are both equally very simple to use. Overall I am very pleased with this product.
