This product caters for all my daughter's needs and wants. I was so pleased when my daughter came and explained to me that it was much better than the older hewlett packard one downstairs!!! Praise goes to all of the staff and designers of Hewlett Packard! :)

Excellent Buy

I bought this initially as a wireless printer but because i didn't have a router the USB facility enabled me to print off by plugging in instead. Its very fast and light. Would definitely recommend.

Not bad for the price

I bought this machine as my last HP had died on me and it was very cheap. Reasonably happy with it especially the top loading for paper which means thicker stock can be used. However, I can't get it to print nearer than 1cm from the bottom of the page and if I scan or copy it ceases to communicate with computer, on wireless. I then have to switch off modem and restart which is quite a pain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Best of all Worlds

I wanted a printer that would give me the best of all worlds. I wanted a compact machine that combined scanning functions with pretty good print quality. I work in historical research and wanted a good, accurate printer and scanner that could support my work. I found it! My HP Deskjet 3050A is all that and more. It also has wireless connectivity and came at a very reasonable price - I call that 'the best of all worlds!'

Happy with my purchase

I am very happy with my purchase of this printer. As this printer is a lower value item I was not expecting anything special, but I think this printer is definitely value for money. It was easy to set up and my computers link up with it from anywhere in the house. It does sound a bit clunky when it is printing but this may be where it is situated. This printer comes with complete with ink cartridges so it is ready to use straight away. I would recommend this printer to a friend.

This printer is the best one of three hp printers in succession. The wireless feature is simply marvellous and very quick and easy to install. It works beautifully from a distance and without any ugly looking and cumbersome connecting cables. EAsy to use on my home netework and very good printing results. Only yesterday, I printed a photo on photopaper and the result is unbelievably faithful both in clarity and in colour.
I would recommend this product to any prospective buyer looking for a good relatively cheap printer. Well done HP
