this is a good printer for the money, the only thing is it is a little bit noisey which does wake the baby up when it starts up
it is easy too set up and place the cartridges in even for a techno phobe like me. n

Good replacement for an old faulty and little used HP2510psc.
After a few months, proving to be ideal for occasional low volume printing if a little noisy in operation.
Otherwise good value for money - so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My printer is exactly what I need for my limited use of printing occasional documents and e-mails or receipts. I haven't tried it on (eg) boarding passes etc. but from the quality of print , I'm confident it will be good. I don't do my own photo prints but the plain paper copies I have made are adequate for my purpose. Very impressed with the speed compared with my old HP.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this printer, had problems configuring to my Imac but Hp support helped set it up, great scanning and printing, copying and connecting to the internet. the only thing I can say that I was not please with was the display, with young kid the screen has got damaged on one side. otherwise this is great printer for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The 3050A copies, prints and scans at speeds fast enough for me.The colour quality is better than that of HP printers I have owned previously, but I wonder if the multiple ink cartridges are going to be expensive.
The controls are easy to use and when starting, the minivideos of "how to.." are useful.
I am however disappointed with the Scan-to-Computer facilities compared to my previous HP F300. I cannot now Scan direct to Photoshop, but have to go through extra steps, and I cannot Scan-to-OCR directly, but again have to go through a number of extra steps.
When I sought help over this with HP Support, I was given the unhelpful "There's no demand' answer.
Summary: High quality basic scanner, but may not suit business user.
