Not up to scratch

Printer was returned as scanning took over 4 minutes compared to my old printer which took 50 secs. per sheet. Very poor backup service to get help or contact HP.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simply the best printer I've owned. Not only is it convenient for home use. I can simply email documents on the move and they're ready printed for me when I return.

Great printer with online help to set up has I brought laptop with windows 8 on so web site helped me download the drives I needed to set up very happy with this printer

This printer was easy peazy to set up, out of the box and working on wifi within 15mins.
Love the air print compatibility.
It's a bit noisy and not the fastest, but that doesn't worry me!
I would and have recommended this printer to friends!
Good value too!

paper jam

Basically I have always bought Hewlett Packard printers but the model I bought this time had to be taken back to the store where I bought it as the paper feed had the incoming paper first bend slightly and then jam solid about 3/4 of the way in.
I was most disappointed and was told at the store where I bought it that a lot of people were returning this model of printer due to this paper jam fault. I have since got another printer- not Hewlett Packard which is a pity as I prefer those- maybe in 2 or 3 years I may try Hewlett Packard again.
