Not happy

Bought this printer, when setting up, it didn't want to recognise the colour cartridge that came with it, so colour printing so far not working. Can't seem to get the wireless connection working, etc.
Had a similar printer previously and it was much easier to use and set up. Overall, not qute happy with the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fine except it refuses to connect wirelessly!
Cost of ringing HP for help would be more than the cost of the printer. I despair of today's technology.

This is a really excellent printer, it provides excellent quality prints, and was very easy to set up. The AirPrint facility for remote printing is a joy

MY PRINTER IS VERY GOOD,IT TELLS YOU IF YOU FORGET TO OPEN THE DRAW FOR THE PAPER .CARTRIDGES ARE VERY CHEAP 10/10.
