Love this product!

Having always bought HP printers in the past, I am now back with the brand that provides true value for money combined with ease and efficiency of use (I was the owner, too briefly, of an all-singing-all-dancing Kodak printer, but that's another story).
This printer provides everything I need - simple, reliable, no-nonsense, wireless, good-quality printing, with relatively long-lasting toner cartridges. I won't be switching brands again!!!

Great bit of kit

I bought this PSC because I know I'm getting good stuff, I have had Hewlett Packard printers and scanners before and all have been superb.
First I read some comments from other buyers some good some bad, well all i can tell you is my experience with setting it up and using it.
From opening the box to getting it set up and running about 15 minutes, I unpacked it and then loaded the software into my Laptop then switched the printer on and it connected wireless straight away no problem no fuss, placed the ink carts in place put paper in the carrier printed off the aligning page put it in the scanner, all done and I printed some emails off just to try it, result perfecto...
I would recommend this printer to anyone, if you want a good quality PSC this is the one.

I have had no problems with this printer and love the fact that I can print from all my devices and email print jobs. I am a home user so it doesn't get much use but I have no complaints so far. It prints fast & in good quality. Also scans and photocopies. It's not too big and fits nicely on my desk next to the PC, Does what it says on the tin.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reliable products

Bought this HP printer because it could print form phone and tablet as well as PC, and was reasonably priced. Product was quick to install and get running, my first print was from I phone and no hassle. HP brand is its usual reliable self.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good but some paper-feed problems

The printing is good and the system is easy to set up. However, sometimes the paper-feed rollers slip on the paper and the machine stops with an "Out of paper message" . I use good quality paper so I don't think that causes the slipping problem. There appears to be a waxy coating on the rollers. The problem occurred within a few days of using the product.
I have tried cleaning the rollers with methylated spirits so will see if that cures the problem; if it doesn't I shall have to return it to the retailer under warranty.

Great Purchase

I bought this printer as my other HP printer (which I had for over 4 years without breaking down) finally gave up on me and I bought this one because of the good experience I have had in the pat with HP products. And once again HP lives up to its name. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good printer if they want reliability, and something that does what it says on the box! Recommend to go ahead and buy this product, you will not be disappointed.

good performance for a bargain price

I did find the setup process more difficult and confusing than with previous printers. However, within an hour or two all was running smoothly and the ownership experience has been a pleasant one.
This is not the prettiest piece of kit on the market and I would have chosen a more expensive model if my primary concern had been photos. However, I am concerned with low usage general purpose printing and I have been more than pleased with the quality and ink costs are not an issue.
In terms of value-for-money, this is an incredible piece of kit and admirably suited to the casual user like myself
