Not up to scratch

Printer was returned as scanning took over 4 minutes compared to my old printer which took 50 secs. per sheet. Very poor backup service to get help or contact HP.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought HP as we have used them a work and I was pleased with that printer for 5 years. I bought this but it is totally different. It has a very poor plastic cabinet. The cartridges are a nightmare to replace. You have to get down on your knees to get them in and I am afraid of forcing the plastic cradle and braking it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great value printer for everyday use. excellent wifi facilities. only negative the ink cartridges don't last too long. copying and scanning easy to use
