Got this on offer with ink..so cheap and an absolutely nifty and clever bit of kit...Well impressed so far...love the fact it has its own email address so you can send items directly for print,,,fantastic

Easy to install and esay to use!

I found my printer easy to install and easy to use.
Sadly, I had a problem. I telephoned the help line where I was talked through how to test it and solve the problem.
As a Grandma, I didn't think I'd be able to do it, but the operator was very patient with me...I can now clean the ink cartridge heads..!

at 75yrs old my family bought me a laptop so later i desided to add a printer, and most of my family had hp so that was it i had to have one,they all were happy with them,now i am very happy with my hp desk top printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this printer for my Dad as a present and it did exactly what it said on the box. However, after two months it broke down. HP were exceptional!! They talked me though everything the fault could be over the phone and when it became obvious it couldn't be mended they immediately sent a replacement. The new one has been fine up to now. This isn't an expensive piece of kit but is ideal for someone who doesn't need a top spec printer
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have always used hp printers but sadly disappointed with this model, have had it about 5 weeks and now frozen with error message on screen have tried all troubleshooting but to no avail!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer does what is expected of it so far.
I haven't trying scanning as yet.
The first print cartridge didn't last long and i don't use the printer frequently but i am lead to belive this is true of all catridges recieved with a new printer.

A fab product, comes ready in a bag so take it out of the box using the bag and plug in!
Good resolution so you get good prints both in black and colour.
I am very happy with this printer and also the price it comes at!
