Another good purchase from HP

This is my second HP PSC, just wanted wireless, nothing wrong with the original one after 8 years of good service.
It is very good value for money. Quiet, print scan & copy quality very good, good price for replacement ink cartridges. Looks neat (not too bulky.)
Does exactly what I want it to do with no fuss, easy to set up.

If you have a set up problem - read this

When I set up the printer, the computer could communicate with the printer but not the other way round, i.e. no scan. The problem was that not everything was downloaded. A phone call to HP support resolved this. A very helpful technician guided me through the process of temporarily disabling certain things which were blocking the complete download, doing the full download, then re-enabling. It now works perfectly on all functions and I'm pleased with my purchase

Only one problem... My first one was DOA, the processer just locked up. I trust HP did some problem solving and RCCA to elinimate this failure mode. No problem with the replacement and was delivered quickly without any questions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to set up and use and for the money an excellent buy. So far so good no problems at all. The body of the printer is a bit flimsy but what do you expect for the price paid!
