I ordered this product and would NOT recommend it. After many, many, many cycles of back and forth, my knives are only slightly better than they were before. They are by no means CHEF SHARP!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this product many moons ago and it is the best sharpner I have ever owned. Used it in Culinary school and it was perfect for the job

Easy expert sharpening - Never have a dull knife!

I've had this sharpener for several years since seeing it recommended in a credible cooking magazine. My knives rival the sharpness at the custom knife stores. Unbelievably easy to transition older german knives to the Japanese blade angles and works great on serrated bread knives as well. Never have a dull knife again!
