Easy to Install

The HP LaserJet toner cartridges are very easy to order and install. The printer lets you know when and which cartridge is low. Then you simply wait until you no longer get satisfactory printing and click to order. The replacement arrives within a couple of days and you install it according to instructions. You also get a UPS label to use in returning the used one.

The printer quality is SO poor. I had been buying cartridges from Quill...so I thought maybe that was the problem. So I bought the last set of 4 cartridges from HP...the quality is terrible. Not only is the printing terrible but the cartridges are super expensive. I will not be buying any more as I'm going to buy another printer. This time I'm checking out the price of the toner, etc. I would NOT recommend this printer or the toner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our laser printer for so many reasons and even though the toner is a bit pricey on the front end, it lasts forever! Unlike inkjet, it never dries out and is always ready to look professionally printed. Great product.

Never any doubt to use OEM cartridges versus the 1/2 price or cheaper generics. Installed the HP130A cartridge and printer fired up and produced a perfect color copy. Great product, worth the extra $.
