Great features and clean look

Just installed it ( instructions were great) so far it is exceeding my expections. My old GE lasted well over 15 years. I hope this gets the same life out of it.

Sorry we bought it! Controls are too confusing, lacks features of earlier model.

We replaced our 9 year old GE Profile Microwave with the new Profile Microwave oven. From a cooking standpoint the new microwave works fine, no complaints. From an ease of use standpoint, this is a step down. It's not as intuitive. I would see the elderly having a hard time with the controls.

only complaint...the over cabinet template - wish it was on card stock instead of newspaper equivalent - difficult to set - and yep, drilled off a bit...fun to correct.

Just installed a couple of weeks ago. Door a bit tight to open and close, but otherwise appears to be easy enough to learn, but need to refer to the Operating Instructions.

I liked the options offered on this microwave and it looks great in my kitchen, cooks excellent but is not user friendly and if you don't read the manual, it is confusing.
