I love the different cook settings! It even has a special setting for softening butter, it the best! I've never melted it

Good microwave features.

We are very happy with this microwave. However we would have preferred to have gotten a more extensive manual without having to go to the internet. For example, I Am Used To Putting IN Multiple Cook Levels and times at the same time. I now wait for each segment to complete before I enter another- wasting time because I really don't want to stop and go online and look it up to see if it has this feature.

CONTROL PANEL IS VERY POORLY ILLUMINATED. I CANNOT READ THE CONTROLS EVEN WITH THE KITCHEN LIGHT ON!

I miss the 15 second button and the display is not easy to read because the display is too dim. I wish that I could return it and get my money back!!
