We have had this for over a year now. No problems.
We like the defrost, beverage, and timer functions.

I have used many other microwaves, each trying to add more features that the manufacturer "thinks" I need. It's a microwave, not a computer. GE delivers on a quality product with the options that I actually use. Other products take more time to program them than it takes to actually cook the food. The GE unit delivers on the promise: Quick and easy.
