Love the New Features

Replaced my 90's microwave with this one to match & Love all the new microwave features such as butter/ice cream soften, the Reheat & Popcorn sensor knows when food is done. Haven't used all the features yet but so far, so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The only complaint is that the control panel is black and hard to see in the evening. A lighter background would make the panel easier to read. Otherwise, a good buy!

Let's hope this one lasts

Bought all new Profile appliances 5.5 years ago. They all had and have problems, but the microwave died last week.... I replaced it with a new profile because we wanted the appliances to be the same.... The handle on the new microwave has changed...strike one.... It takes longer to heat things up...eg. Defrosting now takes double the time... Same with boiling water.....programming it is a bit complicated compared to the simplicity of the previous microwave...so far I am not impressed.... Haven't tried all functions yet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
