I just bought the product and I am very happy with it. Several options for cooking, exterior appearance looks very nice, heats up items nicely.

we had to replace our 6 year old GE Profile

We like the new microwave, it's the "Profile Series" but does not say profile on it. The dark enameled interior is great. We had to replace our 6 year old over the range Profile unit due to a failed magnetron. When doing a kitchen remodel, try to leave a shelf for the microwave so that you don't have to buy a more expensive built in unit. We went with Profile because we thought that it would fit perfectly where the old unit was and it did - that saved a lot of potential hassles with making a different brand fit.

Heat element, turntable, view screen

Heats/cooks evenly. Turntable tends to fall off when you rotate it to retrieve an item. View screen too small--if you're 5'3" or shorter, you won't be able to read all the instructions or prompts.

I took my time replacing my old over-the-range microwave. This was the perfect choice. All the controls and clear, it's super quiet and the inside is a cinch to clean. Also, the vent fan and lighting are very nicely designed.
