I replaced a similar GE model which had to be repaired twice within in the first three years. I like the features of this model, especially the boost vent fan. I hope to have better luck with this new model, but added an extended maintenance agreement to be safe. Also, the new mounting brackets were the same, so I was able to avoid an installation charge. I think the writing on the touch panel could be larger/clearer.

There are features which I do not necessarily use but upon the whole it's a great appliance. The only thing I would suggest is that one should not have to press so hard to engage the different features.

Great Microwave

The oven is one of the largest over the stove microwaves around. Controls are very intuitive and easy to use to use. The exhaust fan is powerful and works efficiently. The surface light is a great feature and provides good additional light for the stove top.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had this microwave for 2 months which replaced a sharp we had for 15 years. Cleaner updated look, more features, enamel "interior , solid feel.
