We have been enjoying this over the stove microwave oven for four years now. It has been extremely dependable. We enjoy all the features which allow us various cooking options.

Lost without it‼️

Help ASAP‼️ The Magnito suddenly blew and my husband is lost since he cannot soften his butter in the morning! I’m frustrated because I cannot Steamfresh my Steamfresh. I beg you to schedule us ASAP. I’m tired of his whining. ( Had to add that for effect. He wouldn’t like that I said that. ) I guess you will call me. I tried the phone but waited 40 minutes and no pickup. Thank you for your time.

We like the microwave but the magnetron never last

Looks nice and we like the black interior but magnetron is not made to last.

Handle broke and won’t close

My handle broke and it won’t stay closed with latches inside the door. It was just normal usages and the parts are more expensive that just buying a new microwave that sits on counter top. So that what we did for the time being.

Just in 3 yrs , it stopped working ..Does not heat food any more , though turn table works.
