Same annoying turntable as at least 10 years ago.

It is very difficult to set the turntable properly to get it to turn. How about adding color to the raised parts of the center on the microwave "floor" and the same color on cut out areas on the bottom of the glass turntable. This way when the turntable is put in properly there would be a uninterrupted colored circle that is an easy guide to proper placement!.

Perfect size to replace previous microwave oven. Easy to use and clean. i just wish the fan was better. I use it on boost all the time, and it’s noisy.

Over the stove microwave with a handle that peals with too much heat on heat on it. Who was thinking about this?

I had the same problem as several other people. After only two years of extremely limited use (in a personal vacation apartment) everything works except the part that heats the food. No microwaves. I have never had a microwave last such a short time. And of course the warranty has ended.

Microwave only lasted 4 years of moderate use. I've had much less expensive microwaves last much, much longer. I'm replacing it with a non-GE microwave that can't possibly be unusable after only 4 years.

Poor Quality

I had my house built in 2015 and we upgraded the appliances and this is the microwave we got with the package. Not even 4 years in the house and it has stopped working. Very disappointed that it would even last 4 years and was only using the light and now there is nothing working on the panel. I would not recommend anyone buying this. Not sure if this is the reason they quit making this model.

Unbelievable

After only 3 years the magneto quit working. Very short life. Able to get a good deal with the GE serviceman and replaced it. Like new now.
