Blended well with older GE profile oven

Actually, we were replacing our dishwasher and decided to replace the range and microwave also...good decision all round!! The microwave works perfectly and fits with the other GE appliances we purchased.

Performance is not as efficient as our previous microwave with a comparable power rating. "Start" button should be larger and more prominenty displayed on the control panel.

Profile Series Built-In Microwave

I bought this because I needed to replace an old 2007 GE Built-In Microwave.
Pluses: This microwave was able to fit it in the same space as the old GE Microwave. My favorite feature: Express Cook Buttons.
Minuses: The screw locations were totally different to hang it above my stove...
It took a bunch of time to figure it all out, and there are 4 unfilled holes in my kitchen cabinet because GE didn't maintain the same screw hole locations or hanger for the microwave. [Seriously guys...planned obsolescence I understand...I'd suggest that It'd be better to make your customers happy to buy your products again! Make products with the same hardware and screw hole locations so we can upgrade easily!]
Another weirdness is including an upper metal rack. I never use it. It is metal and can only be used in certain ways...I would prefer a shorter profile on the microwave.
