nice fit in tight space

We needed a unit smaller than the usual 29.94 size. This one is perfect at 29.75. Aside from that, I really enjoy the ease of use. Pretty much everything can be done with one button. The food is always warmed through and evenly. Got it for less than the MSRP so that makes me feel even better!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst microwave I've ever owned, and I've had many

Makes the plate VERY hot before even starting on the contents, and then heats unevenly. Has created lots of cracks in my good Mikasa dishes which have never had a problem with any other microwave! I finally had to go out a buy a new set. If I could, I would replace this thing in a heartbeat. Doesn't say Profile on it anyplace, and believe the reviews which tell you the numbers cannot be read in low lighting because some deco person thought it would be a good idea to put a grey cover over the entire front (plus numbers are smaller). If I could, I would fix my now recycled X Space-saver whatever it was had I known then what I know now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great the Shortcut Settings

I use the microwave to steam vegetables and reheat leftovers. The shortcut settings reduce the number of steps that need to be taken before pressing the Start button. The sensors can tell when items are done, eliminating under/overcooking. I also like that the microwave has multiple settings: different sizes of popcorn bags, reheating a dinner plate vs. a casserole dish, etc.

What's with the FAN?

I just scheduled my appointment for repair under warranty two minutes ago. We've had this oven 6 months. The oven's fan comes on and stays on for hours at random times, even when the oven and stove have not been in use. We were able to stop the fan with a sharp rap on the side of the control panel, but that is no longer effective and the problem has finally interfered with the oven's function. It will not accept a command or heat, and because the fan will not shut off we have had to unplug it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
